Analysis of the match between Angers and Paris Saint-Germain
Angers SCO head into Round 31 of Ligue 1 aiming to cause an upset as they host Paris Saint-Germain at Stade Raymond Kopa. Before kickoff, the home side sit 13th after a 1-1 draw with Le Havre, while PSG remain top of the table following a 3-0 win over Nantes in midweek.
Despite winning just 9 of their 30 matches, Angers are close to securing their Ligue 1 status for next season. If Auxerre drop points and Angers manage to shock PSG, Alexandre Dujeux’s side will officially guarantee survival.

PSG’s away form has been outstanding, with 5 consecutive wins in all competitions, including 4 clean sheets in their most recent matches. Not only are they targeting three points, but they will also look for a big win to build momentum ahead of their crucial clash with Bayern Munich next week.
